Service Description

Gin is the most transformative base spirit in the world of cocktails. It carries the main melody of juniper, intertwined with the distinct personalities of various botanicals, fruits, and spices. In this experience, we'll use 3 different gins to immerse you in its infinite potential. You will taste and learn how gin perfectly converses with other ingredients, building a foundational understanding of flavour architecture. Then, under the guidance of professional bartender, you’ll choose your favourite gin and personally mix a signature cocktail tailored just for you. This is more than a mixing class; it’s an exploration of scent and taste.

Cancellation Policy

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older. • No cancellations or refunds are available after payment is confirmed. Rescheduling requires notification one day prior to the course start date and a $200 handling fee will be charged. • Participants must arrive at the course venue on time. Due to course scheduling and staffing constraints, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant, with a $200 handling fee. • If a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued within 4 hours prior to the course start date, the course will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant.
