Mentor-assisted companionship/coordinating of beverage services for teenagers and students
With full guidance and support from professional bartender instructors, the course provides a systematic three-stage training program of "learning, practice, and service" to help teenagers aged 15-18 gain an in-depth experience in the beverage service industry. After completing the course, participants will be able to oversee a beverage service event, applying what they have learned to real-world scenarios.
We will provide all necessary materials for beverage preparation, including ice, glasses, beverage options, menus, and necessary equipment, as well as transportation arrangements. An instructor will guide the participants through the entire process!

Internship Program at a Cocktail Bar
Anyone aged 18-25 who is interested in joining the bartending industry can participate in the program through a recommendation and interview by a social work organization.
Those interested in pursuing a career in bartending can enroll in a 3-session practical bartending job course to learn about basic bar operations. After completing the course, participants can be arranged to complete a 50-hour internship at our partner, Hand Shaken. Successful completion of the internship will provide support and allow participants to apply for part-time or full-time employment.
