Mentor-assisted companionship/coordinating of beverage services for teenagers and students
Guided by professional bartender instructors, the course provides a systematic "learning + practice" approach, enabling 15-18 year olds to gain an in-depth experience in the beverage service industry. After completing the course, participants will oversee a beverage service event, applying their knowledge to a real-world setting.
Each session includes hands-on practice making four cocktails (with a specially designed menu for subsequent mixing activities).
$220 per person for non-alcoholic cocktail preparation and enjoyment (students aged 14-17)
$260 per person for the preparation and enjoyment of an alcoholic cocktail (all participants must be 18 years of age or older).
Venue and attendance arrangements
$800 per session. Transportation fee (to and from the center or school). Minimum 8 people - maximum 80 people.
$300 per session. Venue rental (Jigger Flip Studio, Room 4C, Fuk Sing Factory Building, 2 Hock To Street, Tai Kok Tsui). Minimum 8 people - maximum 20 people.

1.5 hours (per session), with a set number of sessions (two sessions - learn two drinks / three sessions - learn four drinks).
