Fine beverage preparation/skills training/garnished beverage hobby classes
Learn exquisite beverage preparation techniques through fun and hands-on practice under the guidance of professional beverage chefs. Suitable for students interested in beverage creation. From basic to advanced, easily master the most popular beverage preparation techniques and decorative arts.
Each session includes hands-on creation of creative cocktails (2 cocktails per session, 8 cocktails in total).
$250 per person for non-alcoholic cocktail preparation and enjoyment (students aged 14-17)
$280 per person for the preparation and enjoyment of an alcoholic cocktail (all participants must be 18 years of age or older).
Venue and attendance arrangements
$800 per session. Transportation fee (to and from school or center). Minimum 8 people - maximum 80 people.
$300 per session. Venue rental (Jigger Flip Studio, Room 4C, Fuk Sing Factory Building, 2 Hock To Street, Tai Kok Tsui). Minimum 8 people - maximum 20 people.
