Bar Entrepreneurship/Operation Management Strategies/License and Venue Requirements Sharing
Beyond the art of bartending, successful bar management requires business acumen, legal knowledge, and management strategies.
This course is designed for students who are interested in starting a bar business or improving operational efficiency. Led by senior industry mentors, it systematically analyzes the key practical aspects of the bar industry, from market positioning, license application, cost control to team management.
And you can try making your own cocktail twice.
$280 per person for non-alcoholic cocktail preparation and enjoyment (for students aged 16-17)
$320 per person for the preparation and enjoyment of an alcoholic cocktail (all participants must be 18 years of age or older).
Venue and attendance arrangements
$800 per session. Transportation fee (to and from the center or school). Minimum 8 people - maximum 80 people.
$300 per session. Venue rental (Jigger Flip Studio, Room 4C, Fuk Sing Factory Building, 2 Hock To Street, Tai Kok Tsui). Minimum 8 people - maximum 20 people.
