Service Description

We will deconstruct and then rebuild the classic. Within the ancient conversation of the sugar cube and the bitters, we will insert the modern whispers of our time. First to appreciate the contemporary art of blending. Second to create your own flavour map. Rich yet never cloyingly sweet, and leaves a long, resonant finish. You may finish the class with a new perspective, ready to re-examine the city's complex palate. Base Spirits: Whisky, Craft Infusions/Aromatic Washed Spirits.

Cancellation Policy

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older. • No cancellations or refunds are available after payment is confirmed. Rescheduling requires notification one day prior to the course start date and a $200 handling fee will be charged. • Participants must arrive at the course venue on time. Due to course scheduling and staffing constraints, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant, with a $200 handling fee. • If a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued within 4 hours prior to the course start date, the course will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant.
