Service Description

Using the fragrant tingle of Sichuan pepper as our brush, we dip into a palette of diverse spirits and ingredients, and paint a cheeky yet balanced sensory adventure. Subtle floral notes gently drift into soft fruit whispers, while the delicate numbness of pepper subtly nudges the drink. The body of the cocktail is smooth with no burn, making it ideal for those who prefer to sip and savour. Base Spirits: Gin and Shochu

Cancellation Policy

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older. • No cancellations or refunds are available after payment is confirmed. Rescheduling requires notification one day prior to the course start date and a $200 handling fee will be charged. • Participants must arrive at the course venue on time. Due to course scheduling and staffing constraints, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant, with a $200 handling fee. • If a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued within 4 hours prior to the course start date, the course will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant.
