Service Description

From a century-old shochu distillery in Kagoshima, Kyushu, to the innovative lab of a Hong Kong mixologist— We use shochu as our paper, and ingredients flown in from Japan and Europe as our brush, allowing you to personally craft two wildly different Ukiyo-e (Floating World) cocktails: Will it be the serene mountainscape of Kirishima’s foothills in Miyazaki at dawn? Or the leisurely afternoon in a traditional Kyushu sweet shop? Beginner-friendly! Every step includes dedicated instruction, making failure virtually impossible. When whiskey feels too bold, and gin too assertive, the humble, warming nature of shochu can transform into an unexpectedly light and graceful spirit in your hands.

Cancellation Policy

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older. • No cancellations or refunds are available after payment is confirmed. Rescheduling requires notification one day prior to the course start date and a $200 handling fee will be charged. • Participants must arrive at the course venue on time. Due to course scheduling and staffing constraints, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant, with a $200 handling fee. • If a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued within 4 hours prior to the course start date, the course will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by both the company and the participant.
